Important Notes Regarding Shipping and Delivery

Delivery
We are proud to offer free local delivery.  When you check out, if you are in an eligible distance from our location, you will have an option for local delivery.  This is limited to orders over $100.  Orders under $100 will include a delivery fee of $9.95.
  • Orders Placed by 5PM will be delivered same day.
  • Orders Placed after 5PM will be delivered next day.
  • All orders will be delivered between the hours of10AM and 6PM. 
  • If you have a specific delivery window or day, please add that information to the notes when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • All deliveries exclude Sundays and Holidays.  Orders place on a Sunday or Holiday will be delivered the next business day.
 
UPS Shipping
Shipping on all orders is a flat rate of $9.95.  Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.  Due to the nature of the products we sell, all shipments will require an adult signature (21+) for delivery.  Shipping will be delivered via UPS Ground service.  Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.
 
Pickup at Our Location
All orders have the option of being picked up at our location if you prefer!
 
Shipping and Delivery Special Information
Our online orders are currently limited to California residents only.  If you are outside of California, please call us to discuss what we can do to assist you.
All shipped items via UPS will require an adult (21+) signature for delivery.
Local Delivery will require an adult (21+) to be present.
 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges.  If your product was damaged during shipping, please take photos and call us to discuss options.
